Occupied Staging Consultation

This 2 hour consultation will cover the information and plans needed to successfully stage your home yourself for top-dollar offers by using what you already own.

*If the home is larger than 2000 square feet with multiple staging areas, there will be an additional cost to cover the size of the home and the additional time spent on the project.
Consultation & Hands-On Transformation

Good design, professional staging and photographs are key to making your online listing stand out. In this 4-hour service, all of the benefits of the Occupied Staging Consultation are included. In addition, I will work side-by-side with you to physically start staging the main areas of the house using what you already own. Just a few hours out of one day will produce a show-ready home. An additional guide, The Home Prep Plan, will be included with the ones listed above to direct you in how to be ready for our staging day.

Interior Styling is all about dressing a space for aesthetic appeal and comfort, creating a new home feel using what you have and adding some additional touches for personalization. It can be as simple as coordinating paint colors and furniture placement or a more detailed approach selecting tile, flooring, fixtures and window treatments. The designing of cohesive rooms with updated finishes and added visual interests will become the perfect reflection of you.
Power Shopping
$75/hr
I'm an expert in sourcing the best items at the most reasonable prices! I can help you alleviate the stress and time it takes to shop. I'll work within a budget to purchase key accessories to add a fresh update to the selected rooms. When you move, these investment pieces will be a permanent part of your new home.
